How much is shipping? (it’s free!)

Shipping is free on all orders and takes between 5-15 business days depending on location. We currently don’t offer express shipping.

How long will it take to get my package?

We ship all orders within 24 hours.

Standard Shipping orders should usually arrive within 5-15 business days. Holidays, special occasions (e.g. before Christmas) or extreme weather events may delay shipping times.

Can I expedite my order?

Not at this time. Standard shipping orders usually arrive within 5-15 business days. We’re currently not able to offer faster shipping times.

How can I track my order?

Tracking will be available within 24-48 hours after ordering. Tracking will be available on your order confirmation page and via an email update confirming your order has shipped.

If you don’t get an email with your tracking number, in order to request tracking for your order, please reach out to with your order number after 48 hours have passed and we will send you the tracking link.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

How can I cancel my order?

What is your return policy?

We love the products we make and think you will, too. In fact, we’re so confident that you’ll love Ventury that we’ll even cover the cost of return shipping if you choose not to keep your item. If you would like to return an item please reach out to After your returned item has been received we can send a replacement or issue a refund. Refund requests received within 90 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available. Refunds processed beyond 90 days will be issued via Ventury store credit for future purchases.

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with an item?
