Shipping

How much is shipping? (it’s free!)

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States. We currently don’t offer expedited shipping, since our normal shipping time is usually already below 2 days.

Where do you ship?

We’re currently only shipping to the United States.

How long will it take to get my package?

We ship all orders within 24 hours.

Standard Shipping orders should usually arrive within 2-3 days. Holidays, special occasions (e.g. before Christmas) or extreme weather events may delay shipping times. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, PO Boxes or other US territories may also take additional time.

Can I expedite my order?

Not at this time. Standard shipping orders usually arrive within 2-3 days. We’re currently not able to offer faster shipping times.

How can I track my order?

We’re working with Fedex to fulfill your orders. Tracking will be available within 24 hours after ordering.

To request tracking for your order, please reach out to contact@venturysports.com with your order number after 24 hours have passed and we will send you the tracking link.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

How can I cancel my order?

Orders you submit online may not be cancelled immediately. Online orders may be cancelled by contacting contact@venturysports.com. Orders that are already processed may not be cancelled‚ and you may need to wait until you receive the item in order to return it.

Do you allow for exchanges?

Yes! Exchanges are available on all orders. Items to be exchanged must be undamaged, unworn and in original packaging. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at contact@venturysports.com.

What is your return policy?

We love the products we make and think you will, too. In fact, we’re so confident that you’ll love Ventury that we’ll even cover the cost of return shipping if you choose not to keep your item. If you would like to return an item please reach out to contact@venturysports.com. After your returned item has been received we can send a replacement or issue a refund. Refund requests received within 90 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available. Refunds processed beyond 90 days will be issued via Ventury store credit for future purchases.

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with an item?

We got you covered! We stand 100% behind our products, goods and services and pay great attention to detail in everything we do. We strongly believe you’ll be happy with your purchase. We believe in the quality of our products so much, that every product from Ventury is covered by an unconditional lifetime satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with any item, simply return it to us at any time for an exchange or refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.
